For your convenience, we partner with fantastic local businesses where you can easily drop off your worn-out climbing shoes and pick up your freshly resoled pair. We offer a consistent one-week turnaround time.

Here's how it works:

1. Place Your Order: Visit the store on our website to place your resole order and select your preferred partner drop-off/pick-up location.

2. Drop-off: Bring your shoes to your selected partner location anytime during the week. Please be ready to show the friendly folks at the reception desk your order receipt.

3. Resole Week: Each Monday after 6PM, we collect the previous week's drop-offs. Your shoes will be expertly resoled during that week.

4. Pick-up: Your freshly resoled shoes will be ready for pick-up after noon on the following Monday at the same location where you dropped them off. You'll receive a confirmation email when your shoes are ready for pick-up.

To ensure this quick turnaround, we have a limited number of resoles available each week. New slots open up after each Monday's pick-up.
